Private Energy Healing: Energy Healing is a holistic practice that focuses on balancing and restoring the body's natural energy flow to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The concept is based on the idea that we are all surrounded by and composed of energy, and disruptions or imbalances in this energy can lead to illness or emotional distress. Energy healers work to clear blockages, rebalance energy, and restore harmony within the body and mind.
Subconscious Imprinting Technique: Gets to the root of what keeps us stuck in cycles of anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, and even physical pain. That’s why I call it pure MAGIC!

I’ve been trained to work with your body to uncover the emotional root cause behind your symptoms. Often, that root lies in a specific life event or an unexpressed emotion that’s been locked into your nervous system.  
Restorative Yoga: Restorative Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. Unlike more vigorous styles of yoga, restorative yoga focuses on rest, slowing down, and releasing tension in both the body and mind. It involves holding supported poses with the use of props for an extended period, usually anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, to facilitate relaxation and restore balanace.

About Carissa

Carissa Herold is dedicated to providing compassionate support to individuals on their healing journey. She's committed to fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment where people feel valued and empowered. 

Carissa embarked on her own life-changing journey of healing and self-discovery when she curiously stepped into her first yoga class in 1998. She has continued to learn, grow, and evolve ever since. She guides others to heal emotional wounds, trauma, and physical injury by sharing insights into the intricate connections of body language, mind, and soul to help foster personal growth and restorations.

Carissa achieved her PTA license in 1999. She expanded her expertise and understanding of the human body and movement with a 200-hour yoga certification in 2018, and further enhanced her skills by completing Pilates training through Club Pilates in 2020. Carissa continually pursues yoga, leadership, personal development, and mindfulness courses, underscoring her commitment to continuous self-improvement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from attending my first Heart to Soul Session? This initial session generally lasts around 90 min to 2 hours. I ask questions about where you are on your healing journey right now. After we chat, I'll invite you to pull angel cards and we will discuss them. Next, I'll invite you to lie down on my warm amethyst-lined massage table. I will talk you through a guided meditation to completely relax your mind, body, and soul. I will then balance energy points in your body, cut cords, and help you release any old tension, emotions, and stories you may be holding in your body. After the session, people generally leave feeling lighter, like they've hit a reset button, they feel more grounded and sleep well.

What can I expect in a SIT (Subconscious Imprinting Technique) Session?

Reason: I will ask you a bunch of questions about why you booked the session. What do you want to work on?

Reframe: What do you want instead of the symptoms you’re here for? What will life look like without that symptom?

Reveal the Root: I am going to do some intuitive testing to reveal the sensory data/the emotions that have been trapped in your body. 

Reprogram: Then we will get into the statement portion, where you will repeat a number of statements after me, and we will reprogram your subconscious mind to where you want to be instead.

Re-book & Refer: Once you experience a SIT session, you’ll know! Many clients want to shout it from the rooftops & book more sessions to release all the other “ick” that’s been holding them back. Yep, it’s THAT good!

Who might benefit from a SIT Session? Anyone who struggles with Anxiety, Sleep Issues, Tummy Troubles, Physical Pain, Eczema, People Pleasing, Social Anxiety, Money Issues. This is a judgment-free zone, so just come as you are.

How often do clients schedule to see the best results? Generally, for best results clients who have decided to make their mental health and healing a priority pre-book 4-7 sessions every 2 weeks. If after 4 session you have noticed a big shift you can cancel your remaining appointments. For best results we must stay consistent!
